Right of Withdrawal and Model Withdrawal Form
Consumers are entitled to a 30-day right of withdrawal.
This right also applies to natural persons entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, where the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature within the meaning of the regulations on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity. Other entrepreneurs are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 days from the day on which you acquire possession of the goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us: (Jabro Enterprisse Ltd, 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, UK, e-mail: glp1pro@proton.me, tel.: +44 7424 485827) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

-
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
